Plant Operator

Randstad is seeking a highly skilled Plant Operator to join our Client in a flexible team in our Wingfield Location.

The Role:

As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various heavy machinery, with a primary focus on Front-End Loaders and Excavators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Front-End Loaders for moving, loading, and stockpiling materials (e.g., aggregate, soil, waste).
• Operate Excavators for material handling as required.
• Conduct pre-start and post-operation checks, routine maintenance, and minor fault-finding on assigned equipment.
• Adhere strictly to all site safety procedures, company policies, and relevant legislation.
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other team members to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Essential Requirements:

• Current and valid Front-End Loader Licence/Certification.
• Current and valid Excavator Licence/Certification.
• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
• Current police check or willing to obtain
